Sharon is an experienced and sought after executive coach and facilitator who has specialized in working with leaders and leadership teams in blue chip companies for the past 20 years.

Sharon is a qualified ‘Advanced Executive Coach’ achieving distinction at Masters level with the Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring. She holds a post graduate diploma in Emotional Intelligence and group work having trained for four years in this discipline. She has trained in systemic & group psychotherapy, couples therapy, neuro linguistic programming and transactional analysis.
She has been a qualified MBTI administrator since 2003.
In 2006 she trained with Michael Carroll in Integrative Supervision at Henley. She provides ongoing supervision to the internal coaches at The Working Parent Company of which she is a Co-Founder and Head of Coaching. She is an active member of the British Psychological Society Special Group in Coaching and is committed to the high standards and professional ethics promoted by this organisation. Sharon is a motivating and inspiring senior coach, in 2014 she was awarded the honour of Excellence in Leadership Coaching by the Association of Business Psychologists.

Prior to working as a coach, she worked in merchant banking at BZW followed by a successful career in advertising working on multinational business progressing to board level.
